As a second generation business owner in the industrial cold storage industry, Mike has worked in every aspect of the company. His numerous years of experience enabled him to fully understand the industry by applying his knowledge in manufacturing, carpentry and quality control; as well as incorporating his expertise from positions such as project manager. After completing his education at California Polytechnic University, he applied his formal education as well as his prior knowledge in industrial cold storage to continuously grow and benefit R- Cold.
Mike has expanded and added several departments to keep R-Cold at the forefront in customer service and offer design-build as well as product development. As owner, it is by his vision, determination, and integrity that the company has continued a steady growth pattern. The majority of our customer base is due to repeat business which indicates our customer’s belief and trust in R-Cold’s ability to provide a reliable quality project within the parameters of new builds or tenant improvements.
